Alteo is looking for an IT Analyst for a permanent position based in Victoriaville.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze needs in the context of developing a digital transformation plan
- Contribute to the revision and implementation of the digital transformation plan
- Participate in the implementation of government cybersecurity measures
- Recommend best practices to optimize infrastructure
- Evaluate administrative software
- Propose innovative techno-pedagogical solutions
- Advise staff on the use of IT solutions
- Collaborate in the development of technological training courses
- Review institutional policies
- Meet with internal clients, analyze their needs and advise them on available technological solutions.
- Perform preliminary and detailed analyses of requests
- Conceptualize the business need and model the process
- Identify forecast requirements to maintain capacity and smooth operation of IT services
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT project portfolios, including trials and proofs of concept
- Evaluate the human, financial, material and information resources required.
- Monitor and improve existing services and implement new functionalities and services
- Draw up a work plan and monitor the execution of work in collaboration with stakeholders
- Design and develop the documentation required to operate information resources
Profile :
- BAC in IT or equivalent
- Certificate in Cybersecurity (asset)
- 5-10 years' experience as an IT Analyst
- Experience and / or strong interest in the field of IT security
- IT generalist : good knowledge of infrastructures, web development, IT industry norms and standards
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent ability to write documentation and analysis reports in French
- Interpersonal skills, ability to establish good relations with internal customers at all levels of the organization
- Dynamic, pro-active, with a sense of ownership
- Team player with collaborative leadership
- Fluency in spoken and written French.

- Participer à la mise en oeuvre des mesures gouvernementales liées à la cybersécurité
- Recommander les meilleures pratiques afin d'optimiser l'infrastructure
- Évaluer des logiciels administratifs
- Proposer des solutions technopédagogiques innovantes
- Conseiller le personnel dans l’utilisation de solutions informatiques
- Collaborer au développement des formations technologiques
- Réviser les politiques institutionnelles
- Rencontrer les clients internes, analyser leurs besoins et les conseiller relativement aux solutions technologiques disponibles
- Effectuer les analyses préliminaires et détaillées des demandes
- Conceptualiser le besoin d’affaires et modéliser le processus
- Identifier les besoins prévisionnels afin de maintenir la capacité et le bon fonctionnement des services informatiques
- Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en oeuvre du portefeuille de projets en TI, incluant des essais et des preuves de concept
- Évaluer les ressources humaines, financières, matérielles et informationnelles nécessaires
- Assurer une vigie, notamment afin d’améliorer le service existant et de mettre en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités et services
- Élaborer un plan de travail et assurer le suivi de l’exécution des travaux en collaboration avec les parties prenantes
- Concevoir et élaborer la documentation requise permettant d’assurer l’exploitation des ressources informationnelles
Profil :
- BAC en TI ou l'équivalent
- Certificat en Cybersécurité (atout)
- 5-10 années d'expérience à titre d'Analyste en informatique
- Expérience et / ou fort intérêt pour le domaine de la sécurité informatique
- Généraliste en TI : bonnes connaissances en infrastructures, développement web, normes et standards de l'industrie informatique
- Excellente capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Excellente capacité à rédiger de la documentation et des rapports d'analyse en français
- Entregent, capacité à nouer de bonnes relations avec les clients internes, à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
- Dynamique, pro-actif, avec un sens de l'ownership
- Joueur d'équipe au leadership collaboratif
- Maîtrise de la langue française parlée et écrite.
