Safety Coordinator

This position contributes to the overall organization by providing safety support to the projects. This role primarily interacts with field crews and supervisors with the goal of being a resource in site health and safety. Basic communication with clients and General Contractors may be required from a field level.

Core Responsibilities

• Support field operations with safety activities
• Train / coach / mentor staff in policies and procedures outlined by Hall
• Actively participate in the Health and Safety Management systems, and encourage others through leadership
• Assist in audit safety documentation to ensure compliance
• Perform site inspections to ensure compliance
• Assist in injury management
