Are you passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments for children to learn and grow? At the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario, we’re looking for enthusiastic Early Learning Facilitators who bring heart, creativity, and professionalism to their work every day. As an Early Learning Facilitator, you’ll be a key part of a dynamic team that supports children’s development through play-based learning, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to health and safety. These Part‑Time positions within the Association are at various locations throughout the City of North Bay .

Under the leadership of the Supervisor of Child, Youth and Family Development (CYFD), the Early Learning Facilitator is responsible for the health, safety and well‑being of the children in their care (0 to 12 years). The Early Learning Facilitator will ensure all YMCA Policies, Procedures and legislations as outlined in the Ministry of Education’s Child Care Early Year Act (2014) are compliant at all times.

START DATE : January 21, 2026

LOCATION : North Bay

RATE OF PAY : $21.17 per hour

• This position includes the Ministry of Education Wage Enhancement Grant (WEG) of up to an additional $2.00 / hour for qualifying roles within a licensed child care program at the YMCA

HOURS : 20 hours per week
