Dental Receptionist

An established practice located in the Coal Harbour area of Vancouver is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join their experienced and welcoming team of dedicated dental professionals.

Schedule (40 hours per week)

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $29 $32 per hour based on experience and skill set.
• Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package and $30/month gym membership reimbursement.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a dental receptionist.
• Proficiency with Oryx dental software.
• Expertise in all aspects of the dental billing and administrative process including: insurance processing assignment and non-assignment billing payment plans accounts receivable/payable treatment planning pre-authorizations and pre-determinations and end-of-day reporting.
• Essential Skills: Strong communication skills team player with a great attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
