About the Role

We need a Frontend Software Engineer passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. As a core member, you will shape the visual identity and interaction design of Flowise, impacting tools such as the visual flow builder and chat interfaces.

• Develop Frontend Solutions : Design, develop, and improve the UX for the Flowise application, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Innovate and Execute : Build Flowise into the leading visual low‑code tool for AI agents across open‑source, cloud, and enterprise versions.
• Collaborate and Implement : Partner with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Drive Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and well‑tested code, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Resolve UI Issues : Identify and fix interface problems, use a team‑first mindset, and learn quickly.

Pay Transparency

Base pay range : $106,400 CAD – $159,600 CAD. Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan, commission, annual stock grants. Compensation tailored to location, experience, skills, duties, and business need.

Primary location : Vancouver, BC.

Flexible Work Approach

We combine in‑person and remote work. Expect at least 50% of each quarter in office or client sites. Flexibility allows you to schedule offline time while staying connected.
