Marketing and Communications Intern (5-Month Contract)

THE OPPORTUNITYWe have an opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Intern to join our award-winning firm in the Vancouver YOULL DOReporting to the Manager Marketing and Communications Strategy you will support the Marketing and Communications team with a wide range of activities including events community partnerships promotional materials and merchandise social media advisor marketing and internal communications. This internship is from April through August 2026; part-time to start (preferred but not mandatory) and full-time during the the planning and execution of client firm and community-sponsored eventsManage inventory and distribution of promotional items including print materials merchandise and signageExecute daily media monitoring and other data tracking and analysis activitiesAssist with writing editing and designing internal and external communications and marketing materialsProvide marketing and communications support to the firms retail advisory teamPerform graphic design and video and photo editing to create and contribute to eye-catching materialsChampion the firms brand and uphold the firms core values across all activities and deliverablesPerform other duties and special projects as requiredKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEPursuing post-secondary education in business marketing or a related fieldExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance competing prioritiesFlexible helpful and eager to contribute to a high-performing teamA high degree of professionalism initiative and self-disciplineIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud would be an assetExperience planning and executing corporate events would be an assetWHAT WE OFFERA culture of openness collaboration and respect is foundational to our firm.
