Wealth Coordinator - Partner
Affinity Financial Strategies ("AFS") is seeking a Wealth Coordinator to support an Insurance Specialist. The coordinator will provide administrative and sales support, manage client relationships, and assist in delivering comprehensive financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and prepare client meetings with the Insurance Specialist and support in developing appropriate financial strategies.
- Perform office administrative duties and support senior representatives with ongoing client relationships.
- Create and maintain accurate client files, adhering to compliance requirements.
- Promote and market the firm’s investment and insurance services internally and externally.
- Provide support to Credit Union staff on the referral of qualified clients for investment and estate solutions.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in financial planning, investment, and insurance solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of successful financial advisory experience.Attention to detail and strong desire to learn.Preferred : Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) completion.Benefits
