FACILITY MANAGER

Compensation

$3750-$4250 monthly + uncapped commissions

Shifts Required

Full-Time

5 Days a week, 1 weekend day required

Evening shifts required, must be available evenings until 9pm+

GENERAL Responsibilities

• Complete all new hire on boarding training to master base tasks and advanced leadership tasks and habits - including facility management basics
• Ensures ongoing upkeep and over all facility maintenance and operations
• Works with sales / leaders to ensure all member feed back and requests are being addressed and handled in a timely manner

Educate and empower team members on necessary items and requests
