FACILITY MANAGER

Compensation
$3750-$4250 monthly + uncapped commissions
Shifts Required
Full-Time
5 Days a week, 1 weekend day required
Evening shifts required, must be available evenings until 9pm+
GENERAL Responsibilities
- Complete all new hire on boarding training to master base tasks and advanced leadership tasks and habits - including facility management basics
- Ensures ongoing upkeep and over all facility maintenance and operations
- Works with sales / leaders to ensure all member feed back and requests are being addressed and handled in a timely manner
Educate and empower team members on necessary items and requests
Resolve escalate customer complaints in a professional, respectful mannerDraft and submit weekly sales and operational reports to upper management as requiredMonitors and adjusts schedules to maximize employee productivity, obtain payroll goals and cover key business hours / peak days - Assist with shift coverage as neededAble to self organize with a strong attention to detail / demonstrates proactive critical thinking skillsSALES SUPPORT
Meet and exceed personal sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs, forecasting, fine-tuning sales processes, and ensuring company habits and non-negotiables are being followedParticipate in events to generate new sales, such as trade shows, open houses, member appreciation nights, etc.)Deliver financial results by creating a positive and supportive environment, setting standards in customer service and staff training and developmentGenerate sales through providing guests with tours of the facility, business to business outreach, referrals from members, and promoting the facility by distributing guest passes to prospective membersQualifications
Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and influence peopleDetailed understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, profitable business resultCollege or University degree preferredor relevant experienceExperience in store or facility management as assetCompetent in performance metrics including revenue, budgeting, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facility maintenanceAbility to multi-task and perform calmly in a fast paced environmentStrong administrative skills including payroll, scheduling, ordering inventory, and report generatingWhat We Offer
