Our client in Vancouver are in need of an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their growing organization. As the Accounts Receivable Administrator , you will be responsible for cash applications, reconciliations, updating customer records, and working with internal and external stakeholders. This exciting opportunity will provide you with professional growth and allow you to work from home 3 days a week!

• Monitoring and maintaining customer information

• Invoice production as needed

• Reconciliation of accounts and cash payments

• Monitoring customer accounts for delayed payments

• Receipting and allocation of payments

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

• Inputting and processing journal entries

• Assisting with month end close

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or related field or can be working towards it.

• Strong experience in an A/R role spanning at least one plus years.

• Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.

• Special clients focus to provide excellent service to business partners.

• Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management skills.
