The expected salary for this position is $63,818 - $77,220 per year. Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications.
The Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the engineering team by managing the administrative aspects of projects from initiation to close-out. This role ensures project documentation, client communications, and internal processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Review client purchase orders and issue confirmations
- Set up billable projects in the ERP system
- Monitor active project progress and communicate updates
- Follow up with clients for required information
- Distribute CRN documentation
- Review and deactivate retired opportunities
- Complete project close-out procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Recommend process improvements
- Assist with general administrative tasks
