School of Graduate Studies
The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) provides administrative and operational oversight for all graduate programs at UNB which includes currently more than 2000 students in more than 60 different programs in 13 Faculties across the Fredericton and Saint John campuses. The SGS manages major program details for this cohort of graduate students from the time of application and admission to UNB through to degree completion.
WHAT WE OFFER
Full-time Term until January 2027 Fredericton Hybrid

Standard Work Hours : Mon - Fri 8 : 15 am - 4 : 30 pm 36.25 hours per week
Salary Range : $25.28 - $29.92 per hour
YOUR FOCUS
The GPO reports directly to the Operations Coordinator in the School of Graduate Studies and supports the decanal team providing expertise in selection of applicants for admission to graduate programs. The GPO oversees applications though the admissions process analyzing qualifications in the context of graduate level admission standards implementing admission decisions and managing all admission related communication. The GPO is the primary resource internally (members of the Universitys graduate community) and externally (applicants) for those seeking admissions support.
