Merchandising and Inventory Management : Work closely with store managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure effective merchandising, and maximize product availability.
Customer Experience : Champion a customer-centric approach across all stores, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Financial Management : Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive profitability.
Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to safety, security, and legal obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and inventory management.
- Ability to travel within the assigned district as needed.
