Your Responsibilities Will Encompass : Advocating our vision in establishing and expanding purpose-driven initiatives Adhering to industry standards while executing successful campaigns Attaining fundraising targets and fostering sustainable, long-term donor acquisition through direct residential sales Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset to yield impactful marketing and promotional outcomes, driving productivity and engagement Consistently delivering results to propel your campaign and advance your cause Scaling donor acquisition volume while enhancing quality standards To Be Considered for This Role, You Must : Possess exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire and elevate brand awareness while delivering exceptional customer service Exhibit passion, thirst for knowledge, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the world Be legally authorized to work in Canada Be available to work full-time Monday through Friday In Return, We Offer : Compensation including a per diem of $50 plus uncapped commission and bonuses based on successful donor sign-ups Participation in a rapidly growing industry with ample opportunities for advancement Collaboration with a supportive and dedicated team in a flexible work environment The opportunity to acquire effective marketing skills and gain invaluable experience This role will play a pivotal part in the Common Good team and contribute to identifying how our organization can have a positive, enduring impact on the community.
