Description
The Interim Director of Community Health Center Implementation provides senior operational leadership to plan, implement, and support the launch of the Thornhill Community Health Center (CHC), including operational planning, workforce readiness, system and policy development, partnerships, and overall operational readiness.
The role focuses on translating approved strategic and organizational priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the CHC opens safely, compliantly, and in alignment with Community Health Centre and Ontario Health requirements.
Reena is seeking to hire a temporary eleven (11) month position to support the implementation of the CHC, pending confirmation of funding from Ontario Health IPCT.
Compensation : This position offers an annual salary of CAD $102,000.
This position will be eligible for a bonus of up to 10%, contingent on the successful completion of the project.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1) Qualifications
Education : A master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and senior healthcare leadership experience may be considered.
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, system implementation, or organizational start-up environments.
Certifications / Training as assets : Project Management (PMP or equivalent), Quality Improvement / Patient Safety, Privacy Training.
