Our client, a federal Crown corporation dedicated to enhancing rural Canada, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team in Regina, Saskatchewan.

- Develop and oversee the execution of project management plans, including budget and risk assessment.
- Direct projects by monitoring progress, identifying variances, and creating corrective actions.
- Lead teams through projects by delegating tasks, coaching team members, motivating, and handling conflicts.
- Bring projects to a formal conclusion and document lessons learned for future projects.
- Set expectations, deadlines, and ensure they are met.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with other project managers.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
- At least eight years of experience, including a minimum of four years in a project management role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to help others grow.
- Insight in stakeholder management.
- PMP certification is an asset.
Work Arrangement : This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with some days in office at the corporate headquarters in Regina and flexibility for remote work.
