QUALIFICATIONS :

Education, Training And Experience

A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration, or Computer Science and five (5) years' of recent experience in priority planning and implementation, system analysis, and the use of a formal systems delivery methodology.
