Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Data Entry Associate to join their team.
Position Description :
- Enter, update, and maintain contract information across various internal databases and systems
- Review incoming contract documents for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry
- Ensure all client, contract, and financial data is recorded according to established procedures
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up with internal teams for clarification
- Assist with digital file organization, document uploads, and record management
- Perform regular audits of entered data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support the contract team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, updating schedules, and maintaining documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency
Skills & Qualifications :
– years of data entry, administrative, or contract processing experience (financial services experience is an asset)Strong typing speed with excellent accuracy and attention to detailProficiency with MS Office Suite and experience working with database or CRM systemsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle high volumes of data while meeting deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teamsHigh level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidential informationIf you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
