Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Data Entry Associate to join their team.
Position Description:

• Enter, update, and maintain contract information across various internal databases and systems
• Review incoming contract documents for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry
• Ensure all client, contract, and financial data is recorded according to established procedures
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up with internal teams for clarification
• Assist with digital file organization, document uploads, and record management
• Perform regular audits of entered data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support the contract team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, updating schedules, and maintaining documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

• – years of data entry, administrative, or contract processing experience (financial services experience is an asset)
• Strong typing speed with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience working with database or CRM systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of data while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidential information
