Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customers, in person or by phone, providing information or requesting support from the responsible sector.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures suitable for the operationalization of administrative and financial activities.
- Perform related activities, meeting requests from superiors.
- Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities).
- Strictly comply with all procedures, standards, and specifications of the company and the client.
- Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company.
- Commit to the operational goals defined together with the client, DPO / VPO, and Excellence Program.
- Carry out financial activities characteristic of the urban distribution of beverages.
- Make deposits and bank payments, according to the schedule of dates and management guidance.
- Check the correctness of the Drivers, as well as control the physical-financial accountability.
- Make entries due in the operating system of the unit.
- Carry out an analysis of the transactions carried out, supporting the consolidation area in calculating the result.
- Monitor Routine Management items in financial aspects, through periodic reports, seeking to achieve goals.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Financial Qualification or Financial Degree
3 - 5 years experience in a financial role
