Your Role and Responsibilities

As the SAP S / 4HANA OTC Lead, you will serve as a client‑facing delivery leader and functional expert responsible for designing and implementing Order‑to‑Cash solutions within large‑scale SAP S / 4HANA programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients—translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions—and lead cross‑functional teams through all project phases, from design to post‑go‑live support. This role requires deep business process knowledge and functional expertise in SAP SD / Order‑to‑Cash, a solid understanding of end‑to‑end integration with Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics, and the ability to lead client workshops, design sessions, and technical teams to deliver business value.

Delivery Leadership

• Lead the OTC workstream within SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with the overall program strategy, scope, and timeline.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for OTC‑related topics—managing expectations, facilitating workshops, and driving design decisions.
• Oversee delivery in accordance with SAP Activate / IBM Ascend or equivalent methodology, ensuring all work products, design documents, and testing deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with functional leads across MM, EWM, FI / CO, GTS, and Supply Chain Planning to ensure seamless end‑to‑end process integration.
