Renovation Carpenter – Lead Hand Are you a highly skilled, experienced team player who thrives in a leadership role? If so, we are looking for you! We are hiring an experienced Lead Hand Renovation Carpenter who can work hard to lead our team and ensure that we continue to succeed in maintaining long-lasting client relationships through our quality work. Granite Park is an established professional construction / landscaping business located in Hamilton.  We provide both distinctive indoor spaces and stunning outdoor landscapes and pride ourselves in integrity and quality craftmanship.  More importantly, we strive to employ the best of the best and are always looking to grow our team.  Through quality craftmanship, hard work and a strong team, great things are happening at Granite Park.  Join us!   Responsibilities : The successful applicant must be able to perform the following tasks :

• Framing
• Drywall
• Trim Work
• Mudding and Taping
• Flooring
• Cabinetry work
• Tile
• Painting
• Other assigned duties   Requirements :
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar renovation / construction position
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to work independently
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Organized and results oriented The successful applicant will be entitled to a total compensation plan including an excellent wage, health benefits and a bonus plan.
