This position is responsible for the supporting of molding chocolate production by preparing, removing, organizing, all raw and finished materials. The Molding Line Assistant ensures food and employee safety in their daily routine.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry and SAP entry.
• Enter recipe data according to the production schedule.
• Assemble containers, package, label, wrap, and handle setup and clean-down of the molding line.
• Follow GMP practices and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Prepare raw materials to ensure continuous line operation.
• Communicate production details to incoming staff for smooth shift transitions.
• Track inventory, clean magnets, and document CCP requirements.
• Operate lift truck safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production room and follow sanitation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with BCOS (Barry Callebaut Operating System) and TPM / Lean Manufacturing standards.
• Perform and document HACCP, quality, and safety checks daily.
• Adhere to all food safety and employee safety policies and procedures.

About you

Compensation : Hourly Rate : $30

Hours of Work : Continental shifts 6 : 45am to 7 : 00pm / 6 : 45pm to 7 : 00am

Shift Details : Day Shift / Night Shift
