Business Analyst

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Location is CAD $85k – CAD $90k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role - Business Consultant - Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
• Expertise in gathering requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, scenarios, and business process modeling.
• Demonstrated leadership or facilitation experience in stakeholder engagement and requirements sessions.
• Hands‑on experience working within an agile development environment.
