Job Summary

The Production Worker will pick, pack, sort, and package fresh products, operate production equipment, assist sanitation crews, and ensure product quality and safety. Flexible for any shift, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Available to work any shift; flexibility with overtime and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and package fresh products into bags and boxes.
• Work in production / packaging area to assemble boxes onto pallets.
• Inspect filled packages to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with production team members to maintain product quality.
• Assist machine operators / mixers / oven captains and crew with other duties as assigned.
• Assist sanitation crew in cleaning production equipment and area.
• Follow all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
