About Us : With sustained growth, we're excited to announce a newly created position at our Brampton, Ontario facility. As the Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving lean initiatives throughout the organization, working under the guidance of theManufacturing Engineering Dept.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and facilitate lean events, spearheading the implementation ofVictaulic’s continuous improvement program.
• Take a hands-on approach to champion the implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing concepts across all business areas.
• Provide comprehensive training on lean concepts to champions, skill coaches, supervisors, and team leaders.
• Foster a culture of 5S throughout the facility, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
• Drive measurable improvements in productivity, cost reduction, and enhanced product availability.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Post-Secondary Education, preferably in an engineering discipline or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean Concepts, with a hands-on facilitating approach.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven training experience is required.
• Advanced computer and presentation skills.
