Community Corrections is seeking a skilled, ethical, and confident individual to provide comprehensive clerical support in the Swift Current Community Corrections office.

The Ministry is seeking a candidate who has excellent communication and positive interpersonal skills, with a keen sense for detail. As administrative support, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing reception services in person and over the phone, entering and retrieving data using various software programs, maintaining records, retrieving and searching files for information, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, and operating and maintaining office equipment.

Our candidate of choice will be a flexible and positive individual who enjoys a fast-paced, challenging environment with diverse job expectations. The successful candidate will have knowledge of applicable computer hardware and software applications and terminology and will have demonstrated their ability to input, update, retrieve, maintain, format, and transmit information using computer software with speed and accuracy. Their ability to accurately type, edit, and format various documents and your ability to use tact and diplomacy when serving clients and colleagues will contribute to your success in this challenging position.
