Role and responsibilities
Perform full-cycle accounting, including month-end entries and balance sheet reconciliations for corporate and US entitiesPrepare bank reconciliations, subledger to GL reconciliations, and monitor accruals and prepaid expenses for corporate and US entitiesPrepare monthly financial statements and explain variances vs. budget and prior yearCollaborate with operations to build annual budgets and forecastsPrepare monthly consolidation for the groupProduce financial KPIs and dashboards related to company performanceMaintain the documentation and calculation for transfer pricing strategyMaintain and implement statutory policiesContribute to process improvement initiativesProvide ad hoc analyses and reporting as neededSupport the implementation of ERP systemsRequired qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business AdministrationCPA designation (completed or in progress)Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial roleAdvanced proficiency in ExcelStrong communication and teamwork skillsHigh level of initiative, autonomy, and versatilityComfortable preparing or analyzing reports for the USADiversity.
