For more than 15 years, Supreme Services has been a trusted leader in property restoration and related services across Windsor and Southwestern Ontario. With a team of approximately 50 skilled professionals and a culture grounded in accountability and teamwork, Supreme Services combines the stability of an established business with the entrepreneurial energy of a growing organization.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Vice‑President, Sales and Operations, as well as the ownership group, the Controller will oversee all financial management and reporting activities across the company. This includes full‑cycle accounting, financial planning and analysis, compliance, and the development of systems and processes that support continued growth and operational excellence. The Controller will have one direct report and will also provide financial oversight to an adjacent business associated with Supreme Services. Beyond managing day‑to‑day accounting, the Controller will act as a strategic business partner—analyzing trends, identifying efficiencies, and providing insights that help guide decision‑making and ensure the long‑term financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and capable accounting professional with a strong foundation in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. They will bring sound judgment, integrity, and a balance of technical acumen and strategic thinking. A CPA designation (or progression toward one) is strongly preferred, along with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and at least five years of progressive accounting experience. Candidates should have experience managing full‑cycle accounting, developing budgets and forecasts, and improving financial systems and internal controls within small to mid‑sized organizations. Experience in construction, restoration, or service‑based industries will be considered an asset.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Windsor, Ontario (remote or hybrid arrangements are not available). The salary range is approximately $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
