Overview

As a Modeler, you will execute poly modeling skills for environments, vehicles, props, and characters with an emphasis on photo-realism, accuracy, detail, and function. This is primarily a Character Modeler position. You will work with the in-house modeling pipeline and solve technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality Character models and UVs for use in production; implement improvements / changes based on review feedback and Supervisor / Lead direction
• Design and implement high-level character conceptual to practical modeling
• Proactively recommend ongoing pipeline improvements
• Identify potential issues, provide solutions, and escalate as needed
• Maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholder departments
• Work within the defined pipeline
• Ensure continuity and support other asset departments such as Texture, Surfacing / Lookdev, Generalist, and Rigging

This salary range is specific to applicants applying to our position in Vancouver, BC. To determine your base salary, we consider your qualifications, skills, and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary outside of this range and will also be dependent on your location.
