Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Dining Room Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Assist the galley crew in all aspects of the dining experience
• Assist residents regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Ensure the proper setup of all side stations in the dining room
• Have knowledge of menu items and offerings
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages and cleaning the dining room
• Other duties as assigned
