Summary

The Lead Generation Analyst plays a key role in supporting Execaire Aviation’s Marketing and Sales teams by identifying, analyzing, and qualifying potential leads across the business aviation market. This role combines research, data analysis, and CRM management to help drive pipeline growth and support the company’s overall sales objectives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable using digital tools such as ZoomInfo , Salesforce , and JetNet to uncover new business opportunities and enhance lead quality.

Report to the Head of Marketing

8 Month contract (November 1, 2025 -June 30, 2026)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and target lists.
• Utilize ZoomInfo , Salesforce , and other industry data sources (such as JetNet ) to identify and qualify potential prospects.
• Build and maintain lead databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and segmentation.
• Analyze lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into lead activity, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support ongoing database maintenance and CRM initiatives.
• Conduct competitive and market research to support targeted outreach efforts.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing & Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops.
