RoleDetails

We arecurrently looking for experienced Recruitment Officer to join ourclient steam!

Basedin their office in Hazlemere you will be working in a busyrecruitment team handling recruitment / mobilisation activities ofthe business for a busy transportcompany.

Yourdays will consist of screening 100s of Truck Drivers and gettingthem through the recruitment process. This is an extremely busyfast paced role with a lot of admin work.

This position is offered Monday to Friday (38 hours per week) on acasual basis for a 46 week minimum period.

Candidateswho have used Elmo preferred.

RoleRequirements andQualifications

• 2years experience in a similar position customer focus role withinan officeenvironment.
• Experience inmobilisation and recruitment of bluecollarworkforce.
• Highlevel customer relationship management communication andinterpersonalskills.
• Strongattention to detail and ability to maintain accurate andhighqualitywork.
• Apositive proactive and flexibleattitude.
• Highlevel of organisation skills and ability to manage conflictingpriorities anddeadlines.
• Goodjudgement and decisionmaking.
• Highlevel communication and ITskills.
• Abilityto cooperate and work autonomously and in a teamenvironment.
