One of our manufacturing clinets in Windsor, ON is looking for a Maintenance Planner for their facilty.
Pay -
$65 - $100K
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime
Develop detailed job plans including labor, parts, tools, permits, and estimated time requirements
Create and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs for production and facility equipment
Work closely with maintenance, production, engineering, and stores teams to align schedules with operational needs
Prioritize maintenance work orders based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality
Ensure required spare parts and materials are available prior to scheduled work
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and PM schedules within the CMMS
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
Support equipment reliability initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Assist in planning shutdowns, turnarounds, and major repairs
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Track and report key maintenance KPIs such as equipment downtime, PM compliance, and backlog
Support contractor coordination and oversee maintenance work performed by external service providers
