The Field Service Representative (FSR) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.

This position is part of the Field Service Organization located in Kelowna, British Columbia and will be supporting a territory around the British Columbia region. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Field Service Representative team and report to the Western service manager responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. The FSR uses critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation. FSRs also provide training to our customers, verify the operational performance of the instrumentation, and data quality of systems ensuring we provide the most accurate results in the marketplace. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Serve as lead to assigned customers and under minimal supervision complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated instrumentation.
• Complete on-time and accurate : Preventative maintenance, field modifications, instrument repairs, and work-order / service call documentation. Provide excellent and efficient customer service to Beckman Coulter's customers, along with technical training on products.
• Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, while building on and enhancing the relationship with the customer to ultimately become a perceived partner in their business. Travel throughout the district's territory, and or Canada, experiencing all the various places our instrumentation is utilized.

The salary range for this role is $77,500.00 CAD to $85,000.00 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
