Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential clients daily to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that create value.
Use research tools like Panjiva, Manta, and web searches to uncover high-quality leads.
Qualify leads and engage with decision-makers to build relationships and drive success.
Maintain and grow your client base through consistent follow-ups via phone and email.
Present our company’s diverse range of services to uncover new revenue opportunities.
Answer client inquiries and handle follow-up calls to build strong, lasting relationships.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to close deals, meet targets, and exceed expectations.
Monitor biweekly revenue performance and adjust strategies to optimize sales.
Develop a strong pipeline across all company divisions, ensuring consistent growth.
Manage CRM data, including entering new customer information, updating accounts, logging calls, and creating pricing agreements.
Stay organized by maintaining a weekly calendar of client interactions and follow-ups.
Re-engage lost business, identify trends, and uncover fresh opportunities within existing accounts.
Support sales efforts in open territories by identifying key customers and new growth areas.
Pass qualified leads to the right team members and work across departments to ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For :
Comfort and confidence in making cold calls and initiating new client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.
Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
A passion for sales and the drive to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
