WhatYoull Create and Do :

Atthe Administrative level youll be responsible for helping to solvecomplex business issues from strategy to execution. The Real EstateAdministrative Assistant skills and responsibilities for this levelinclude but are not limited to :

  • Deliverconcierge and boutiquestyle level of customer service to team andpast / present / futureclients
  • Proficiencymaintenance & management of existing CRM (CustomerRelationshipManagement)
  • Handlingincoming client calls / inquiries and respondingappropriately
  • Reviewingand responding to regular email communications andnotes
  • Communicating / coordinatingwith vendors & all real estaterelatedpartners / businesses
  • Prepareoffers amendments and waivers and other relatedforms / documents
  • MarketEvaluations
  • Socialmediamanagement
  • Coordinatingphotography / videography / staging / printmaterials
  • Paperworkand associated deals management
  • Maintainingthe teams calendars & scheduling meetings / calls withclients
  • Compiling / reviewing / calculating / managingreports / data and interpreting what information team needs to acton
  • Conductingclient and marketresearch
  • Managementand critical analysis ofmarketing / advertising
  • Proofreading / editing / analyzingvarious print and marketing materials
  • Administrativemanagement throughout both buyer and sellertransactions
  • Maintaina positive team environment with collaboration being key
