- Reviewingand responding to regular email communications andnotes
- Communicating / coordinatingwith vendors & all real estaterelatedpartners / businesses
- Prepareoffers amendments and waivers and other relatedforms / documents
- MarketEvaluations
- Socialmediamanagement
- Coordinatingphotography / videography / staging / printmaterials
- Paperworkand associated deals management
- Maintainingthe teams calendars & scheduling meetings / calls withclients
- Compiling / reviewing / calculating / managingreports / data and interpreting what information team needs to acton
- Conductingclient and marketresearch
- Managementand critical analysis ofmarketing / advertising
- Proofreading / editing / analyzingvarious print and marketing materials
