proper competency standards, safety practices and regulations. Performs manual work. Duties - Union

• Operates mobile equipment and trucks with various attachments (e.g. roadside mowers, road marking machines, truck-mounted sidewalk plow, tailgate mounted sanders and sand spreaders, asphalt rollers, turf sweepers, small tractors, etc.)
• Performs traffic & sign installation and repairs; performs paving maintenance and road construction work.
• Performs routine inspection, maintenance, lubrication and fuel ling of equipment.
• Uses various hand tools for routine maintenance and changing of attachments.
• Refers equipment for mechanical repair and services as required.
• Responds to routine public enquiries; maintains written records of work performed.
• Performs manual labour work. Results and Activities - Non union Credentials - Union
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Experience
• BC Drivers License Class 3 with Air Ticket
• City of Kelowna Certification (on designated equipment / trucks) Knowledge - Non Union Skills & Abilities - Non Union Competencies
