Position Description Severn Bridge Camp Summer Custodian Job PostingSevern Bridge Camp is seeking the ideal candidate(s) to join our maintenance team thisSummer, in the role of Camp Custodian.

The chosen candidate(s) will report directly to the Chairman of the Maintenance Committee and be willing and able to sign The Statement of Faith of Severn Bridge Camp.

The successful applicant, or couple, would live in the maintenance cabin full time on or about, Wednesday, May 15 September 6, .

Orientation and training will be provided.The primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Keeping grounds neat and cleanCleaning and sanitizing the washroom facilitiesInspecting the swimming pool and camp drinking water dailyGeneral maintenance of the camp saltwater poolWork alongside the maintenance team to complete projects Applicant(s) must have : Strong organizational and time management skillsInterpersonal skills to relate with leaseholders, visitors, vendors, inspectors, and member of the camp board.

Must be a self starter able to organize and prioritize daily tasks in absence of leadershipGood written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to update camper on activities, local fire conditions and health unit conditions.

These must be posted and communicated to all campers and those who come onto the grounds.The ability to work indoors and outdoors in all summer weather conditionsCapable of physical labour and able to lift and carry up to 40 lbsSafety boots Required Skills : Safe and proper use of mower and weed eaterAttention to detail in cleaning washroomsAbility to keep daily paperwork completed accurately, in preparation for water inspections Benefits : Living in a cabin in Muskoka for the summerEnjoy the beautiful outdoorsRenumeration as agreed upon2 days off per week, scheduled days to be determinedUse of the pool all summer For further information please contact : Alan Childs at or
