Relocation Assistance
If you are not currently based in Golden, BC, we provide relocation support upon the successful completion of your management training, for up to 6 months.

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Work with the customer's needs at the front counter.
- Manage administrative duties such as payables, cash reports, etc.
- Communicate with the team members for problem-solving.
- Multitask throughout the day, such as from sales and service experts to mentoring team members, and planning / executing.
- Willingness to learn the business by working in the service area.
- Assist with managing Kal Tire assets and cash flow under company standards and expectations.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies and plans and ensure completion of supporting activities to deliver expected outcomes.
- Operate with confidence and sound judgment under pressure; prioritize effectively.
Qualifications and Success
- You’ve got at least a minimum of 2 years of experience in managerial / supervisory roles (preferred).
- A valid Driver's License.
- A high school diploma / GED equivalent and some management training (preferred).
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as needed.
