What this role is all about :

Beem Credit Union is looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Innovation team. Reporting to the VP, of Innovation, the User Experience (UX) Designer is challenged with developing first-class user experiences and interactions to change our organization and advance our industry. You will lead the design of omnichannel experiences, products and services and produce deliverables that bring clarity to how we engage with our members now and in the future. With a constant focus on creating meaningful experiences for customers, the Experience Designer combines deep experience in UX, design and brand while considering how business models and processes are impacted

What you’ll do : Design & Research

• Leverage a range of generative and evaluative research methodologies (including user testing, in depth interviews, focus groups and secondary review) to inform designs.
• Produce compelling visual designs to illustrate concepts iteratively and provide detailed specifications for use by UI and front-end developers of all levels.
• Uses, maintains, and evolves a Design system and portrays a strong point of view for Design, expressing WHY and HOW it contributes to business growth.
• Develop and execute usability strategies and plans to enhance user experience across various digital platforms.
• Consider the range of customer segments and design intelligent systems that meet the needs of various personas.
