What You’ll Do
As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the go‑to leader ensuring our machines and systems run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll oversee a talented team of Maintenance Mechanics, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and drive operational excellence across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor maintenance personnel to meet production and safety goals
- Plan and assign preventive maintenance using MES (Hydra) software
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and elevate complex problems
- Maximize equipment uptime and support production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and issue Hot Work Permits
- Maintain accurate documentation of machinery and systems
- Collaborate with HSE to manage contractors and enforce 5S standards
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Drive continuous improvement and support cross‑shift cooperation

Education & Certifications
College or University degree (or equivalent)Electrician License OR Millwright Certification (required)Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 training (preferred)Technical Expertise
5+ years in leadership roles in a manufacturing facilityAdvanced knowledge of industrial electricity, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumaticsProficiency in MES (Hydra), Microsoft Office, and CMMS systemsExperience with plastic injection molding and ISO 9001 (preferred)Core Competencies
