itec group has partner with growing Tri-Cities fabrication client in their need for a Quality Supervisor with a strong background in welding. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for fabrication processes.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on welded components to verify quality.
- Lead a team of quality control inspectors and provide training on CWB standards.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure consistent quality across all shifts.
- Address non-conformities and initiate corrective actions as required. Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality role within a welding / fabrication environment.
