ABOUT THE JOB
Position : Banquet Server
Terms of Employment : Part time and Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
Must be available to work on Sundays.
Job Duties :
- Focus on banquet operations,
- Responsible for several types of meal services, from buffet to plated styles,
- Physical set up and teardown for functions,
- Decorating for functions,
- Communicating with culinary team,
- Liaise with the audio / visual team.
Requirements :
- Must have Proserve certification and be at least 18 years of age,
- Outgoing personality,
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clientele,
- Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time,
- Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant is required.
