FT Physiotherapy Position, 2 months Rental Assistance & on site mentoring by 2 senior physio's in Central Prince George, BC

Our experienced staff is there for you! Once you are ready to work independently, our full-time receptionist will book appropriate patients to fill your caseload. Work with our experienced team to trouble shoot your caseload. For a full-time candidate, an education allowance of $1,000 is available (annually) to help develop skills and progress your caseload. Staff skill training sessions will be scheduled monthly.

Hate paperwork? Although personally charting your treatment sessions is unavoidable, we do have kinesiologists that help our physiotherapists keep track of reassessment and report timelines. Our kinesiologists work out approved timelines, perform subjective and functional exams for insurance patients and then draft basic reports! They are also available to work one on one with patients for supervised exercise sessions.

Treating patients 1:1 is ideal when learning a new facet of our profession. Start with a base salary of $40 per hour (min. 1 patient per hour) and build your caseload / clinic hours according to your desired lifestyle. With each additional patient per hour earn $30. By the time you are seeing 3 patients an hour be prepared to earn $100/ hour! With our diverse mixture of orthopedic patients, our caseloads are never boring or routine. The Medical Centre is closed for weekends and stat’s, therefore working at Phoenix Physiotherapy is ideal to achieve work-life balance.

The equipment at Phoenix Physiotherapy Clinic is top of the line. Learn about biofeedback, muscle stimulation, interferential current, microcurrent, and ultrasound from experienced practitioners. Gain training and “hands on” with all these modalities from physiotherapists who teach skills training with these same modalities at the University. Full time or Part time hours are available on contract. Our experienced staff will take care of the billing, booking, and promotion. You spend your time on the development of your craft, and on your patient care.
