Position Summary :
The Clinic M&A Integration Manager leads the financial integration of newly acquired clinics into WELL’s operating and reporting structure. Beginning prior to close and intensifying at Day 1, this role ensures seamless transition into corporate systems, processes, and internal control standards.
The position partners with Finance, IT, Operations, Payroll, and clinic leadership teams to deliver structured integration plans within a disciplined public company environment.
What you will be doing :
Develop pre close integration plans and Day 1 readiness checklists covering banking, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and reporting access. Coordinate cross functional stakeholders to align timelines, migrate financial data, and align chart of accounts and reporting structures. Act as program manager to ensure all financial integration tasks are executed per plan, support post close monthly close integration, work with newly acquired clinics to implement corporate accounting policies and internal controls. Monitor completion of working capital true ups and post close financial obligations while providing updates to senior leadership. Serve as the primary finance liaison for acquired clinic leadership and manage change throughout transition.
You have :
CPA designation 5–8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or M&A integration. Experience integrating acquired businesses into corporate or public company environments preferred. Strong understanding of accounting processes, reporting cycles, and internal controls. Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
