Manager, Marketing - EllisDon Developments

EllisDon is known for building some of Canada’s most complex and recognizable buildings. As part of the Capital Team, EllisDon Developments is the private real estate development team responsible for integrating a world-leading construction services company with residential development.

As a member of the EllisDon Developments team, you will have the ability to participate in all aspects of our projects including design, development and finance as our team focuses on delivering communities that we can all be proud of.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be focused on the development and execution of the Sales and Marketing campaigns associated with our projects and working with the broader team to bring our projects to life.

You as a Manager, Marketing - EllisDon Developments will :

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects from pre-development through post-sales phases
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, websites, advertisements, and digital content.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing, to generate leads and drive traffic to sales centers and project websites.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decision-making and positioning of projects.
• Oversee the design and production of sales center displays and model suites, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project positioning.
• Manage public relations and media relations efforts, including press releases, media inquiries, and events, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions, to optimize marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and media contacts, to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Is this the right role for you?

• College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration is preferred.
• Experience in real estate marketing, with a proven track record of success in launching and promoting residential or commercial developments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, particularly in the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and information to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Creative with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, able to ensure brand consistency and excellence across all marketing materials.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
