The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Controller. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in the heart of operations, as you’ll be closely involved with both the plant and sales teams.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory and accounts receivable, performing GL account reconciliations, and supporting internal and external audits.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate across departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and ready to take on a highly collaborative role.

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA designation or equivalent preferred
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience required
- Background in the manufacturing or mining industry
- Proficient in inventory and accounts receivable management
- Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independent work
- Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments
