weenvision tailoring the role for an individual at the HR Generalistor HR Managerlevel.

TheHR Professional will be responsible for leading and executing allhuman resources processes including fullcycle talent acquisitionemployee onboarding / offboarding employee relations performancemanagement training and development compensation and benefits humanresources administration implementationcompliance ofP&C standards and policies and participating in themanagement of health safety & wellness.

In addition tothese primary functions and in collaboration with the seniorleadership team applying best practice to develop and sustain anexceptional workplace culture will be a keypriority.

With your expertise inhuman resources and passion for cultivating a positiveorganizational culture youll play a pivotal role in drivingemployee engagement enhancing morale and ultimately contributing totheir overallsuccess.

Asan HR consulting firm our team at Potentia will support you from amentorship and thought leadershipperspective.

Responsibilities :

  • Developsand implements initiatives to foster a positive organizationalculture and enhance employeeengagement;
  • Administersemployee compensation and benefits programs including salaryplanning compensation benchmarking and market analysis;
  • bonusprograms and all components of the total rewardsprogram;
  • Managesthe full cycle talent acquisition cycle including creating jobdescriptions screening and interviewing candidates conductingbackground and reference checks preparing employment agreements aswell as coordinating the onboarding and offboardingprocess;
  • Assessestraining needs; develops training programs to enhance employeeskills and knowledge; coordinates and facilitates trainingsessions;
  • Collaborateswith the management team and leads the creation and implementationof people and culture activities events andprograms;
  • Developsand implements people and culture processes andprocedures;
  • Advisesand trains employees on P&C policies procedures andprocesses;
  • CoordinatesWorkSafe BC disability / leave return to work and wellness programsensuring compliance and employeewellbeing;
  • LeadOH&S initiatives that support and encourage employeewellbeing and work / lifebalance;
  • Managesall aspects of the administration and execution of the organizations extended health RRSP and other total rewards programs includingenrolling & terminating employees in the benefits &RSP matching programs asapplicable;
  • Managesemployee records and other related documents such as insurance andRRSP plans personnel transactions such as hires promotionstransfers performance reviews andterminations;
  • Draftsstandard and nonstandard correspondence & sends outcommunication announcements when appropriate (i.e. employmentconfirmation letters leave letters announcements related topromotions transfersetc.)
  • Managesand tracks employee absences (vacation sick days otherleaves);
  • Assistsin adhoc P&Cprojects;
  • Collaborateswith the human resources consultant asneeded;
  • Otherduties asassigned.

Requirements :

  • Postsecondaryeducation in Human Resources orequivalent;
  • 5years previous experience in a similar level role preferablysupporting a professional servicesorganization;
  • CPHRdesignation or enroute tocompleting;
  • Strongcomputer proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Proficiency inAdobe (for use primarily with PDFs) DocuSign Gsuite is consideredanasset;
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite including word Excel and Outlook and HRISsoftwareapplications;
  • Knowledgeof human resources processes best practices and employmentslegislation;
  • Excellentorganizational and timemanagement skills with the ability tomultitask stay organized and prioritizeeffectively;
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with a high level ofprofessionalism positivity anddiscretion;
  • Pragmaticproblemsolvingskills;
  • Selfdirectedand able to work effectively independently and in a teamsetting;
  • Abilityto manage sensitive information discreetly ensuring ongoingconfidentiality ismaintained;
  • Exceptionalattention to detail andaccuracy.

Thisis a fulltime inoffice position (Monday to Friday 9 : 005 : 00pm withperiodic overtime) that is accompanied by an excellent totalcompensation package.

The base salary range for this position hasbeen established at $75000 to $90000 per annum based on experiencewith full benefits as a part of the competitive total rewardspackage.
