Job description

Northgate GM  (a division of Bannister Automotive Group) in Edmonton, AB is looking for an energetic, performance-driven Sales Advisor to join our talented team! If you are a self-starter with a willingness to learn and succeed in an environment that rewards performance, we want to hear from you! Create your own financial success!

We want someone who is incredibly personable, with strong communication skills, high morale, and exceptional outstanding customer service.

In addition to customer / employee-focused leadership, we also offer :

  • Wage : $60,000-$150,000 / year (Commission based) including performance bonuses

What you need to be successful :

  • Minimum of New or used Sales Experience – preferred
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance
  • Driven to performance excellence
  • Positive attitude, committed to growth
  • Customer-focused, creating the BEST buying experience for our clients
  • Current Drivers License
  • Strong Internet / Social media skills
