The Bilingual Customer Service Agent serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to delinquent accounts. This role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to resolve cases efficiently. Responsibilities :
- Manage outgoing and incoming calls to resolve delinquent cases with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients via telephone and email to address account issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with received calls, including updating records, logging interactions, and processing necessary documentation.
Qualifications :
College Diploma (DEC)At least one year of experience in a customer service role.Two to three years of experience in roles involving client interaction and negotiation over the phone.Knowledge of the financial industry is a strong asset.Bilingualism : Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
